Headshot Booth Rental in Atlanta

A proper studio — lighting, backdrop, someone directing the pose — dropped into your conference or office. Attendees walk away with a headshot good enough for LinkedIn, the same day.

A real studio, dropped into your conference

The average professional headshot on LinkedIn was cropped out of a wedding photo. People know it, and they know it is costing them something, but booking a studio session is the kind of errand that stays on the list for two years. Putting the studio in the room they are already standing in removes the excuse entirely.

This is a proper setup: studio strobes, a clean backdrop, and someone behind the camera telling people what to do with their hands — which is the part that actually makes the difference. Most people have never been directed in a photograph and it shows. Five minutes of direction turns a stiff attendee into a usable portrait.

Images are retouched and delivered for download the same day, so attendees can update a profile before they have left the building. For an internal event that is a perk people genuinely remember; for a conference it is a stand that has a queue from the moment the doors open.

What we need from the venue

  • Space: around 10ft by 12ft. Portraits need working distance between subject and backdrop — closer than that and the lighting spills and the background goes grey.
  • Power: one standard outlet within about 25ft.
  • Somewhere quiet-ish. Not silent, but a spot people can step out of the flow into. Nobody relaxes for a portrait in a doorway.
  • Time per person: three to five minutes including direction. Roughly 12–20 an hour, which is the number to plan a schedule around.
  • A sign-up sheet helps. Walk-ups work, but a slot list stops the queue forming at the coffee break and vanishing after it.

Where it earns its place

Conferences

One of the few stand activities delegates queue for voluntarily, and they hand over a name and an email without being asked twice, because they want the file.

Company days

A consistent set of portraits for the whole team, shot in one afternoon, instead of the patchwork of selfies and crops that a directory usually becomes.

Memberships

Associations, chambers and networking groups — a member benefit that costs the organisation little and is worth real money to the individual.

Headshot Booth questions

How many headshots can you do in an hour?

Roughly 12 to 20, at three to five minutes each including direction. Direction is what makes the difference — most people have never been posed for a portrait and it shows immediately.

When do people get their photos?

The same day. Images are retouched and delivered for download, so attendees can update a profile before they have left the building.

How much space do you need?

About 10ft by 12ft. Portraits need working distance between the subject and the backdrop — any closer and the lighting spills and the background goes grey.

Should we use a sign-up sheet?

It helps. Walk-ups work fine, but a slot list stops the entire queue forming at one coffee break and nothing happening for the rest of the day.
