Iconic Photo Booth Rental in Atlanta

A DSLR camera, real studio lighting and a print in every guest’s hand before they walk away. The Iconic is the booth people picture when they picture a photo booth — done properly.

What makes a print booth worth having

Almost every “photo booth” quoted in Atlanta is a tablet on a stand. It takes a picture, and the picture looks like a picture taken by a tablet. The Iconic is a different machine: a DSLR body behind the glass and a proper studio light above it, which is why the prints hold up under the fluorescent tubes of a hotel ballroom and under the string lights of a barn reception.

It is open-air rather than a curtained box, so it takes groups. Eight people fit in frame comfortably, which matters more than it sounds — a booth that only fits two produces a queue and a lot of couples, while a booth that fits a whole table produces the photo people actually put on the fridge. Guests choose colour or black and white at the screen, and the print is in their hand in about fifteen seconds.

The template carries whatever you want it to carry: names and a date for a wedding, a logo and a hashtag for a conference, a birthday number for a party. Every strip also arrives by text and email, and everything from the night lands in one online gallery you can share afterwards.

What we need from the venue

  • Space: roughly 10ft by 10ft, including room for the backdrop and for people to stand back from it.
  • Power: one standard outlet within about 25ft.
  • Setup: we arrive 60–90 minutes before the booth opens and break down after. Neither counts against your hours.
  • Indoors or covered outdoors. The lighting and the printer both dislike rain; a covered patio is fine, an open lawn in July is not.
  • Attendant included. Someone is with the booth the whole time, which is the difference between a booth that runs all night and a booth that jams at 9pm and stays jammed.

Which events it suits

Weddings

The all-inclusive wedding package runs four hours with an attendant, prints for every person in the frame, and a design built around your names and date. It is the version most couples book, and it doubles as the favour.

Corporate

The PRO version adds data capture and a brandable microsite, so a booth at your conference returns a list of who used it alongside the photos. Useful when the booth has to justify itself on a line item.

Parties

Three hours, an attendant, premium props and unlimited prints. Birthdays, graduations, retirements, anniversaries — anywhere the guest list already knows each other and will happily pile into frame.

Iconic Photo Booth questions

How much space does a photo booth need?

About 10ft by 10ft, which covers the booth, the backdrop and room for people to stand back from it. We also need one standard outlet within roughly 25ft. If your venue is tight we can work in less — tell us the dimensions and we’ll say honestly whether it fits.

How long does setup take, and does it come out of my hours?

We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the booth opens and break down afterwards. Neither counts against your rental hours — your three or four hours are three or four hours of the booth actually running.

Do guests get a print each, or one per group?

Everyone in the photo gets their own copy. A group of six gets six strips, printed at the same time. Every photo is also sent by text and email and lands in an online gallery you can share afterwards.

Can we put our own design on the prints?

Yes, and it’s included rather than an upgrade. We build the template before the event around your names and date, your logo and hashtag, or whatever the occasion calls for, and send it over for approval first.

Can the booth go outside?

Under cover, yes. In direct sun or rain, no — the studio lighting and the printer both object, and heat above about 90°F makes prints come out tacky. A covered patio or a tent with sides is fine.
