Almost every event favour gets left on the table. Keychains do not, and the reason is mundane: they go straight onto keys, and keys go everywhere. Months later your guests are still carrying a photo from your night around with them, which is more than can be said for a personalised bottle opener.
The portrait is shot on the Iconic booth’s DSLR under studio lighting, not grabbed off a tablet, then pressed into a leather keychain while the guest waits. They walk away with the keychain and an unlimited number of 2x6 strips from the same session, so nobody has to choose between the keepsake and the photo.
Up to 150 keychains per event, which is the honest limit rather than a sales one — it is a physical pressing process and there is a real ceiling on how many can be made in a night. If your guest list is larger, tell us and we will plan the hours around it.
What we need from the venue
- Space: around 10ft by 10ft. It needs a little more working surface than a plain print booth, for the pressing station.
- Power: one standard outlet within about 25ft.
- Time per guest: roughly two minutes including the press. Slower than a strip booth, which is worth knowing when you are picking a slot in the running order.
- Branding: names and a date, a logo, or a monogram — pressed into the leather, not printed on a sticker.
- Indoors or covered outdoors, and a travel fee applies beyond 30 miles.

Weddings
It replaces the favour rather than adding to it, which is usually a saving as well as an upgrade. Four hours with an attendant, strips included alongside the keychains.
Conferences
