The booth goes to the guests
Every fixed booth has the same failure mode: it lives in one corner, and roughly half the room never walks to that corner. The people at the far end of the marquee, the table that got seated late, anyone who would have to cross a dance floor alone to get there — they simply never use it, and you paid for them to.
A roaming booth solves that by removing the corner. An attendant carries a handheld unit through the room and brings it to people where they already are: mid-conversation, at the bar, sitting down. In practice it reaches close to twice as many guests as a fixed booth over the same hours, and there is no queue at any point in the evening.
Guests get stills, GIFs and boomerangs with 23 filters, delivered to their phones on the spot with your branding on the frame, and everything lands in one online gallery afterwards. It also pairs well with a fixed booth rather than replacing it — one holds the corner, the other sweeps the room.
What we need from the venue
- No footprint at all. The only booth we run that needs no floor space, no backdrop and no power drop — which is why it works in venues that have flatly refused a booth before.
- Room to move. It needs to be able to circulate; a room packed to standing with no lanes through it is the one situation where it struggles.
- A usable signal, since delivery is instant and over the network. We will bring a hotspot if the venue is known to be difficult.
- Time per guest: under a minute, and no queue, because the queue never forms.
- Additional hours are $250 each.
